I decided to make a tree out of wire and cut leaves out of coloured paper. I also made a base out of clay because it was very unsteady. Again to show industrial colours and also unnatural materials with nature.

Watercolour Painting
A painting I did to again represent man intruding on nature, The industrial industrial colours representing man and the wild wolf of course representing nature. This was an urge i had to paint my favourite subject to draw but using water colours which I am not very experienced with. I had a lot of fun with this as I missed painting/ drawing animals, not had much time to do it since the summer. :) This also goes back to my first experiments with the dripping paint.
Painting leaves
Leaves I got from my garden and painted with acrylics based on close up photographs of signs except for one to show the intrusion of man kind and industrial colours in nature.
I decided to place them outside with natural leaves.
The light outside wasn't very good and my camera is fairly basic so some of the pictures are either blurry or the flash obscured the colour of the leaves. :(
more dripping paint experiments
I took photographs of the page I had laid underneath.
Dripping paint on wood
I thought it would be interesting to use something else other than paper. This was a very messy experiment as I had no control of where the paint would go and drip off and as you can see I needed A LOT of newspaper to catch the paint. I also needed to use a lot more paint because the wood would soak it up.
I like how the paint travelled along into the knots and grooves of the wood.
